Are you a compassionate, motivated, and Spanish-speaking Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Social Worker (English/Spanish) to join our Residential Behavioral Health Program in Tucson, Arizona.

In this role, you will support individuals in a residential treatment setting who are navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through counseling, crisis intervention, case coordination, and ongoing therapeutic support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
- Support clients throughout their residential treatment journey
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive client outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis care
- Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Active Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Seeking either a Licensed Associate Social Worker or Independent Licensed Social Worker
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply (if associate licensed)
- Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, substance use, or crisis settings is a plus
- Passion for serving diverse populations with recovery-oriented, client-centered care
