Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights: 18:30 - 07:00 (3x12-hour shifts)

The Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) is responsible for providing essential cardiopulmonary services to both inpatients and outpatients. This role entails following the established protocols approved by the medical staff and department policies to ensure timely and effective diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Deliver medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas.
• Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
• Perform intubations and blood gas analyses.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be certified or registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Required experience includes ICU, general floors, and ED exposure.
• Minimal experience in NICU and Pediatrics is necessary to cover the ED.
