Sandstone of Tucson is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and therapy team members
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in accordance with regulations
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapists (NBCOT)
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
