Are you a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in operations and team leadership? Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Tech Lead Pharmacist to support and guide pharmacy technicians while driving operational excellence across our Arizona facilities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about improving pharmacy workflows and patient care delivery. You do not need to have an AZ license.

• Lead and support pharmacy technician operations across assigned sites
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies
• Train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy tech teams
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to streamline processes
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing pharmacy technician operations preferred
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and quality
• Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-site environments
