What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident, dependable Lead RBT who leads by example, inspires others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality ABA services. You’ll serve as trusted support to both your team and BCBAs, helping ensure consistency, professionalism, and clinical excellence across cases.

As a Lead RBT, you’ll continue providing high quality 1:1 therapy while also guiding fellow RBTs, modeling best practices, and supporting BCBAs to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective implementation of treatment plans. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RBT who is ready to grow into a leadership-focused role while still making a meaningful impact with clients every day.
Role Overview :Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold the centre’s clinical standards.
Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency, professionalism, and fidelity.
Promote best practices in ABA and reinforce ethical, client-centred care in daily operations.
Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence.
Provide hands on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where teamwork and accountability thrive.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA to reflect each child’s unique goals.
Ensure skill acquisition and behaviour intervention programs are delivered accurately and consistently.
Support treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and organisational standards.
Collect and maintain accurate behavioural data to track client progress.
Communicate trends, barriers, and successes to the supervising BCBA to support data‑driven decisions.
Promote continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance client outcomes and team performance.
Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding client progress and session updates.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive care.
Represent the centre’s mission and values with professionalism in all interactions.
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.
Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, behaviour intervention implementation, and data collection.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for mentoring others and delivering high‑quality, meaningful care.
