About this Role:- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Managing medications and administering medication as needed
- Assisting with mobility and transfer techniques
- Providing companionship and social support
- Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers
- Compassionate and supportive work environment
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- Flexible scheduling to fit your needs
- A sense of fulfillment and purpose in making a difference in the lives of seniors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors, or a passion for working with older adults
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
