ResponsibilitiesThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, mentoring teammates, and delivering exceptional guest service in a wellness-focused environment. Help create a welcoming and restorative environment where guests can relax and recharge.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support a team of Spa Attendants to deliver exceptional service to guests
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they feel confident and prepared in their role
- Coach staff on guest service, problem solving, and spa etiquette
- Monitor guest interactions and provide ongoing guidance to help the team create a welcoming experience
- Ensure locker room areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day
Job Status:
Full-Time
Pay: $16.50/hr
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements
