What You'll Do:

Oversee all assigned banquet functions, ensuring event spaces are set according to specifications and service is executed seamlessly from setup through breakdown.

Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with culinary, sales, and operational teams to ensure all event details are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Direct banquet team members by assigning service stations, delegating responsibilities, and providing hands-on leadership throughout each event.

Coordinate and monitor food and beverage service, ensuring all offerings meet quality, presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction standards.
