Job Summary

The HR Generalist supports the organization by implementing, administering, and maintaining human resources programs, policies, and procedures. This role provides day-to-day HR support across multiple functional areas while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer a variety of human resources programs and services, including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, and EEO/affirmative action compliance.
  • Process personnel transactions accurately and maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries and resolving routine HR issues; escalate complex matters to senior HR staff as appropriate.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain internal and external HR data to evaluate organizational practices and support benchmarking against market trends.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 0–2 years of relevant human resources experience.
  • Entry-level to early-career role; work is performed under direct supervision with guidance from higher-level HR professionals.
  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Reporting Relationship
  • Reports to an HR Manager, Department Head, or other designated leader.

Compensation

50K - 70K annually depending on experience
