Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for administering, analyzing, and optimizing employee benefits programs. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, supports employee education, and partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
- Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and voluntary benefit programs
- Manage open enrollment processes and system updates
- Oversee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and status changes
- Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including:
- Affordable Care Act (ACA)
- Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
- Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)
This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
