Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources this full‑time, salaried position is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual HR professional who loves building meaningful relationships and ensuring every team member—whether in hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage, housekeeping, building services, or more—feels supported, heard, and valued. , this hands‑on role blends strategic partnership with essential day‑to‑day impact, guiding team members through benefits enrollment, maintaining an approachable open‑door HR presence, and ensuring strict confidentiality and full compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. You will lead key HR functions including the full lifecycle of recruitment—collaborating with Mather’s Talent Acquisition team, cultivating local talent pipelines (such as nursing and training programs), interviewing candidates, and delivering a seamless onboarding and orientation experience.

This position—
not a traditional 9‑to‑5—offers flexibility to support a vibrant, 24/7 community, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Success in this role stems from your strong HR functional knowledge, exceptional communication skills, eye for detail, compliance‑focused approach, and proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms in a paperless environment.
