This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for elite recruiters who are confident in their ability to generate significant placement revenue.
We are looking for a recruiter who can independently source, screen, and place travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a high-performing recruiter with proven experience in:
- Travel nursing recruiting
- Allied healthcare recruiting (therapy, imaging, or clinical specialties preferred)
- High-volume candidate sourcing and placement execution
- Pipeline management and submission-to-placement conversion
- Credentialing and compliance awareness within travel healthcare staffing

Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals

- Submit qualified candidates for open assignments
- Support credentialing and compliance documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile- A proven high producer in travel healthcare recruiting
- Self-motivated and pipeline-driven
- Comfortable working in a commission-based performance environment
- Experienced in fast-paced staffing operations
- Ethical, transparent, and detail-oriented
- Minimum 2–5 years travel healthcare recruiting experience
- Demonstrated history of placing travel nurses or allied healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance processes
- Strong candidate relationship management skills
- You require guaranteed salary or base compensation
- You are new to travel healthcare recruiting
- You cannot demonstrate production history
- You prefer highly supervised work environments
