Talent Manager, HR Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
Implements and administers compensation procedures and programs in support of the organization’s total compensation strategy. Evaluates and analyzes all programs related to total compensation within the organization.
Salary range is $64,275.40 - $84,361.46 annually. Job Grade, EX 13. Final salary is dependent on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of related Compensation experience
- To include one (1) year experience with various HRIS and Compensation programs

Requires the employee to sit and stand a majority of the time. Infrequent lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Some travel may be necessary to Tucson, AZ.
