Position Title: Director of HR

The Director of HR plays a critical role in shaping the human resources strategy and driving organizational effectiveness. This position is essential for enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture that prioritizes customer service. The Director will oversee recruitment, training, and compliance, ensuring that the HR function aligns with business objectives. Challenges include implementing necessary changes within a long-tenured workforce that may resist new approaches.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations and a commitment to building a collaborative environment.

Director Of HR Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent
  • Enhance training and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Focus on improving the efficiency of hiring practices
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with regional managers on customer interaction training
  • Manage relationships with HR benefits and payroll providers
  • Address safety matters as required
Director Of HR Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Director
  • Background in customer-centric organizations
  • Strong expertise in training and SOP development
  • 6-10 years of relevant HR experience

    Experience in companies with over 100 employees
  • Active engagement in HR practices; stability in career history is preferred
  • SCHRM Certification is preferred
  • Management experience is preferred
