Now hiring HR Manager
Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $ per year
Shift: 8am – 5pm

Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Candidates with 6+ years of HR management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Experience supporting talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and compliance initiatives
- Experience partnering with operational leaders to achieve workforce objectives
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- Lead all Human Resources operations, programs, and initiatives
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee employee benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance reporting
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters
- Lead performance management, employee development, and coaching initiatives
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Develop compensation strategies and salary planning recommendations
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Manage HR budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers
- Partner with leadership on safety programs, workers’ compensation, and unemployment administration
- Track HR metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
