We are seeking an agency recruiter with proven success sourcing, interviewing, and supporting candidates in the Medical Device Industry, from initial outreach through the end of the interview process.
We are very focused on the candidate and client experience.
Is this you?
- 3+ years of A gency recruiting experience required to be considered
- Agency recruiter with at least 3 years of experience placing healthcare professionals, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Agency experience in placing medical salespeople, engineers, and clinical professionals is a bonus.
- You are self-driven, focused, collaborative, and have great communication skills.
- You enjoy working with teams and have a competitive spirit
. - You are seeking a remote role and like the idea of self-managing to company metrics.
Compensation model.
- Full-time employee with a base salary range of $60-80K annually plus commissions
with the opportunity to earn over $120,000 a year with no cap.
