• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Manage onboarding activities and new hire documentation
• Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation
• Support administrative projects and daily office operations

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping people and supporting organizational success

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Associates degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience working in Human Resources
• Experience may substitute for degree.

• Prior experience in recruiting
• Two years of experience in general HR functions, preferred.
• High level of proficiency using computers and data entry.
• Paycom experience is a plus.

• Human Resources Certification, a plus

• Valid Arizona Driver’s license, proof of current insurance and willingness to use personal vehicle.
  
  Driver’s license is an essential requirement for performing duties for this position.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record - no more than 2 moving violations or a license suspension in past 3 years.

• Bilingual skills a plus.

• Pay Comments:
  Pay rate based on level of education and years of work experience relevant to this position.
