Pima County JTED #11 is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Benefits, HR, and Recruiting functions. This role oversees HRIS configurations, data integrity, and compliance, and handles recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration with a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements include 3–6 years in HR/benefits, HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of labor laws. Some college coursework preferred; IVP clearance and TB immunization are noted as prerequisites.
