We’re looking for an R&D Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to join our global support team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys learning complex systems while helping others succeed.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting enterprise R&D tools, ensuring smooth operations, data integrity, and compliance—while also helping identify opportunities for automation and process improvement 🤖✨.
- Accurately fulfill enterprise tool requests using strong knowledge of systems, compliance, and R&D processes.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and responsive support to global R&D users.

Serve as a Business Application Expert - Act as a subject matter expert for one or more complex R&D business applications.
- Build expertise in areas such as records management, lab data management, and change requests.
- Streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort for scientists and engineers.
- Proactively support users by leveraging strong organizational and system knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, and hybrid team environment.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose digitization and automation solutions.
- Apply or develop automation and AI-based solutions to reduce repetitive work.

Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance - Operate in strict alignment with regulated R&D processes and audit requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (technical, scientific, or business-related preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in operations, technical support, system administration, or relevant academic projects/internships
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to support a global organization
- Required:
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and business processes
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with EDMS, LMS, or Project Management tools
- Knowledge of data structures, databases, automation, scripting, or AI tools
- Familiarity with SAP, Cornerstone, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Strong execution skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow complex processes accurately
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills in global/hybrid teams
