Role OverviewAs an Account Executive at IT Partners, you’ll be the driving force behind building strong client relationships and delivering innovative IT solutions. This is not a “pitch and close” role – it’s about discovery, consultative selling, and creating long‑term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our industry‑leading technical consultants to understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and help organizations achieve their business and technology goals.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the sales process. Develop account strategies, build pipelines, and exceed revenue targets.
- Engage in deep discovery conversations to understand client IT and business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT Partners’ technical consultants to design and present creative, value‑driven solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships post‑sale, introducing additional solutions and services.
- Leverage your network and develop new relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
- Represent IT Partners at industry events and client activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Stay current on IT trends and IT Partners’ offerings to bring relevance and insight to every conversation.
- 5+ years of sales experience
, preferably in IT solutions or technology services. - Proven success in consultative, relationship‑driven sales cycles
. - Strong personal brand and ability to build trust as a trusted advisor
. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and enterprise technology solutions (cloud, infrastructure, data management and recovery).
