SAP SD​/OTC Business Analyst

Our client, Next Level Business Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Analyst to support and enhance our SAP ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SD processes, strong business engagement experience, and a proven track record in system integrations and full lifecycle implementations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, system optimization, and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Analyst to support and enhance our SAP ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SD processes, strong business engagement experience, and a proven track record in system integrations and full lifecycle implementations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, system optimization, and operational excellence.

• Serve as the primary functional lead for SAP SD / OTC processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
• Order Management
• Pricing
• Billing
• Shipping
• Credit Management
• Returns & Rebates
• Support and enhance end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP) to ensure integrated business process flows.
• Lead and support SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Manage integrations between SAP and third‑party systems (Salesforce, PLM, external logistics providers, APIs, EDI, CPI, Azure integrations, etc.).
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Develop functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, and go‑live activities.
• Provide production support and resolve complex SD‑related issues.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit standards (SOX where applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on SAP SD experience.
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Strong integration experience with:
• SAP FI/CO
• Third‑party systems (APIs, EDI, Azure Integration, SAP CPI, etc.)
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pricing procedures, account determination, output determination, and credit management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with global and remote teams.

• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA (SD module).
• Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce or PLM systems.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• SAP SD certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements (SOX).
