At RTX, the world largest aerospace and defense company, we invite you to join our Data, Analytics, and AI team as a Senior Product Manager.

• You will define the vision, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps for next generation Raytheon data and AI products and services.
• Lead the Agile Release Train teams in the design, development, sustainment, and release of MVPs.
• Transform business goals into strategic initiatives and data, AI, and enterprise analytics products and services.
• Align strategies with Raytheon and RTX’s digital strategy, leveraging business and technical expertise to drive value for the business.
• Research industry, market and technology trends and share insights with teams.
• Define and communicate product roadmaps, KPIs, and measures of success to stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders and secure consensus for AI product strategy and milestones.
• Support product innovation by analyzing usage metrics and VOC research to continuously improve AI solutions.

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience delivering analytical and generative AI solutions using Agile methodology.
• Experience with data‑driven decision making, including market intelligence, build‑vs‑buy decisions, and usage metrics.
• Ability to make timely prioritization decisions to meet critical business needs and timelines.
• Strong communication skills to influence multi‑disciplinary teams and develop partnerships across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market and user needs into features, epics, and technical user stories with definitions of done.
• Preferred experience with aerospace, defense, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or data science products.
• Preferred experience with Azure or AWS cloud offerings, Snowflake, Databricks, LLMs, forecasting, agentic AI, and visual inspection.

Salary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD.
