The Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leads the Digital Transformation (DT) roadmap and execution for the Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike (SSPS) SSBU in Tucson, AZ. The DPL serves as the DT touchpoint for program leadership, program management teams, and functional partners, acting as a strategic partner and escalation point for digital transformation initiatives.
WhatYou Will Do
- Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, Program Management, and SSBU Directors.
- Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focused on streamlining opportunities and managing scope, cost, and schedule performance.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration and root cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
- Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing, providing regular status reports and operations reviews.
- Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements, create executable plans, and ensure effective program support across functions.
- Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital and expense spending, and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
- Direct DT resources and third‑party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives and streamline procurement and technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM, or related field; or a Master’s degree with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of directly related experience, or 5 years with a Master’s degree, in Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, or Program Management.
- U.S. citizenship and a current Top‑Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance (transferable; must exist on day one). Eligibility to read on to special access programs.
- Proven experience in overall IT, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.
- Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager leading cross‑functional teams.
- PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification.
- Expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking across complex programs.
- Understanding of software development, systems integration, Dev Sec Ops , continuous improvement, and testing processes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, excellent communication, and business case analysis skills.
A current Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required; clearance must be transferable and must exist on day one. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Location and Work ArrangementMust be based in Tucson, AZ and available onsite five days per week. Relocation assistance may be available based on company policy.
CompensationSalary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
