Manager, Independent Agency Strategy & Analytics

Job Summary

Manager, Independent Agency Strategy & Analytics – leading the independent agent funnel and driving data‑based insights to improve performance.

• Interview and approve job applicants, conduct performance appraisals, initiate salary adjustments and discharge employees as appropriate.
• Leverage analytics and industry research to drive product strategies.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback from surveys, social media, and sales data to deepen user engagement.
• Transform data into actionable information, identify patterns and develop product change recommendations.
• Communicate implementation plans to line management and advocate for data and technology enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT to create requirements when needed.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
• Meet attendance standards at the business location to perform necessary job functions.

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation, including seeing, hearing, typing, speaking, and professional telephone communication.
• Must maintain required licenses issued by insurance departments of various states.
• Handle a heavy call volume in a fast‑paced environment, resolving complex problems.
• Follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks.
• Multitask effectively and learn large amounts of technical information.

• Own end‑to‑end IA reporting needs, including data infrastructure and reporting using Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Develop strategies to improve key business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Data, Product, Tech, and Business to create reporting that drives the business.
• Maintain business metrics reporting, stratified by dimensions, to provide leadership visibility.

• Strong data analysis, storytelling, and visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• 3‑5 years of insurance operations management or experience leading strategy initiatives from concept through execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Annual Salary: $82,000.00 – $ (general guideline; final offer based on experience, education, location, and business considerations). No visa sponsorship offered.
