Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Security ClearanceActive and existing security clearance required on day 1. Must be able to obtain DoDD 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start date.
What You Will Do- Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
- Utilize Windows Server internals, Linux fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
- Work as a team member in a fast‑paced technological environment, troubleshooting moderate to high scope and complexity problems, including integration of hardware and operating systems.
- Full‑time, 100% onsite position.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret or higher security clearance.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu, and Rancher.
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools such as Git Lab, Jenkins, and Azure Dev Ops.
- DoDD 8140 / 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) and an operating system certification.
- Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS, DoD/RMF, data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies.
- Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, ESX, or other virtual computing methods.
- Experience with Microsoft WSUS, MECM, and/or Exchange.
- High Performance Computing (HPC) experience in a Linux environment.
