What You’ll Do- Support Programmer Analysts with the design, development, and support of business applications and systems
- Coordinate and organize meetings, technical discussions, and project activities for the team
- Take notes during meetings and use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to summarize information into clear, actionable insights
- Assist with reviewing client work requests and help estimate effort using standard methodologies
- Collaborate with internal teams and business users to support application usage and troubleshooting
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (graduating May 2028 or later); also open to Master’s students.
- Interest in AI automation and emerging technologies; familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot or similar is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline with an expected graduation date of May 2028 or later
- Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours; up to 40 hours a week may be available during the summer and school breaks
- Have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to protect highly sensitive and confidential information;
Must be able to meet regular deadlines - Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours; and up to 40 hours a week during the summer and school breaks
- Student Interns must be enrolled in a specified degree program and maintain the required hours for full‑time student status, good academic standing at their college or university, as defined by the college or university and the GPA required for graduation by their college or university. Failure to maintain full‑time status, good academic standing and/or the requisite GPA will result in student being deemed ineligible for participation in the program.
- Student Interns are employed on a temporary basis and are generally not eligible for some benefits; including holiday pay.
- Scheduling of work hours and assignments should be made taking into consideration that Student Interns are students first and employees second.
