We are a fast-growing digital platform delivering high-performance marketing and elevated fan experiences. As we continue to scale our digital commerce and content ecosystem, we’re looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong experience working on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food & beverage brands—to improve customer journeys and drive revenue.
Role OverviewThe CRO Specialist will be responsible for identifying friction points, building hypotheses, executing tests, and implementing UX/UI improvements across websites, landing pages, and funnels. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, UX sensibility, experimentation skills, and a deep understanding of CPG consumer behavior and purchase triggers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end CRO initiatives across brands, including audits, hypothesis creation, test planning, execution, and analysis.
- Optimize user flows for CPG-driven digital experiences, ensuring seamless discovery, consideration, and conversion.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research—heatmaps, session recordings, user behavior analysis, funnel metrics, and competitor benchmarking.
- Build and run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, PDPs, collections, and checkout flows.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement UX/UI improvements based on data insights.
- Analyze test outcomes and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for improving conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel performance.
- Drive landing page optimization for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal CPG promotions.
- Stay up to date with CRO best practices, DTC trends, and CPG merchandising strategies.
- 3–5+ years of dedicated CRO experience, preferably within CPG food & beverage brands or agencies supporting CPG clients.
- Strong expertise in GA4, heat mapping tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange), and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Intelligems).
- Proven record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and user engagement.
- Ability to translate data into clear and compelling insights that inform UX/UI changes and testing opportunities.
- Solid understanding of CPG customer behavior, shelf-to-cart psychology, and merchandising principles.
- Experience collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to deploy tests and UX updates.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Background in DTC or subscription-based CPG brands.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with CRO frameworks such as ICE, PXL, or PIE scoring.
