About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Merchandising Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our online store on Shopify. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and seamless user experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maximizing product visibility, refining collection and homepage merchandising, and creating high-converting landing pages. You’ll help drive organic traffic and increase conversion rates by ensuring that our product presentation is engaging, accurate, and consistently optimized across key site touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

🛍 Merchandising & Conversion Optimization

  • Curate and optimize product placements across collection pages, homepage, and featured sections.
  • Conduct regular merchandising audits to adjust product sorting and collections based on inventory, seasonality, and user behavior.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support launches, promotions, and campaigns with tailored merchandising.
  • Use Shopify apps to enhance upselling and cross-selling strategies.

🎯 Landing Page Creation & Organic Growth

  • Design and build compelling landing pages for seasonal promotions, product launches, and SEO-focused content using Shopify-native tools or compatible builders like Page Fly.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across all site touchpoints.
  • Apply SEO best practices to drive organic traffic through strategic content layout and structure.

📈 Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Execute A/B tests to improve product placement, page layout, and user flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to propose and implement UX improvements and merchandising updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in e-commerce merchandising or related roles—Shopify experience is a must.
  • Proven ability to optimize product placements to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong passion for intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with landing page tools like Page Fly or Shopify templates.
  • Comfortable with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite for layout and visual tweaks.
  • Skilled in using Shopify backend and merchandising apps.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify dashboards.
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and SEO best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
