What You Will Do- Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or using certified pipelines.
- Facilitate the Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
- Maintain, control, and administer the Digital Products Development Library (DDL) tools.
- Maintain control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items throughout the digital development lifecycle.
- Perform and maintain configuration planning and identification, change management and version control, status accounting, and configuration audits.
- Manage digital product development and media libraries.
- Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning.
- Provide DPCM tool administration and management control/access for CM relevant tools and applications (Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server, Git, Git Lab, Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence).
- Administer, manage, and use Dev Sec Ops tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, Git Lab CI/CD, and Bamboo.
- Coordinate data transfers and courier support among various environments.
- Lead coordination of digital product releases, interfacing with functional and program leadership to ensure on‑time delivery and configuration management execution.
- BS/BA degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum eight (8) years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with version control and change management or agile planning tools.
- Experience with DPCM/Dev Sec Ops technologies, IT, and/or development/scripting.
- Experience with automation shell scripting in Linux, Unix, and Windows.
- Active and current Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Preferred:
Experience in Digital Product / Software Configuration Management principles and implementation. - Preferred:
Experience with DP/SW CM tools such as Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and/or Artifactory. - Preferred:
Experience building software and digital products. - Preferred:
Experience with scripting or programming languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML). - Preferred:
Experience with Continuous Improvement, CI/CD, Git Flow, and Agile concepts.
