Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)

Responsibilities- Provide compliance oversight, assessment, and operations for information systems within assigned programs.
- Maintain awareness of all collateral Classified Information Systems (CIS) at the Site per CAGE code and applicable regulations such as NISPOM, RMF, and DCSA procedures.
- Conduct recurring cybersecurity reviews on systems in accordance with DoD manuals, NIST publications, and customer directives.
- Execute the Raytheon Continuous Monitoring Plan and serve as subject‑matter expert on broad cybersecurity topics.
- Prepare and coordinate DCSA SVA preparation activities and assist with system authorizations.
- Develop, maintain, and update site POA&M(s) to identify weaknesses, mitigation actions, resources, and corrective timelines.
- Participate in self‑inspections, documentation preparation, configuration validation, and certification testing for Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or advanced degree with at least 5 years experience.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance per DCSA DAAPM, JSIG, and NISPOM.
- Direct leadership or project/program management experience.
- IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+).
- Within six months of hire, obtain and maintain IAM Level III certification.
- Knowledge of risk management framework, baseline security configuration, and security sustainment activities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Experience with vulnerability analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS).
- Hands‑on experience with Assessment & Authorization processes (Certification & Accreditation).
- Experience managing incident response, investigations, or continuous monitoring programs.
- Knowledge of NISPOM, JAFAN, DCID, JSIG/RMF, or ICD‑503 requirements.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external customers for security controls and contractual negotiations.
Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Additional incentive compensation is available for eligible positions.
