Job Description

We’re looking for a technical support person to provide technical assistance to our customers as they use their various systems. In short, you will resolve problems while delivering top‑notch customer service. Your work will help our clients keep their systems running so they can serve their own customers, clients, and patients.

• Deliver first‑line technical support to small and medium businesses in Arizona.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and keep them informed through resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each support call.
• Adapt to changing priorities and be able to handle ever‑changing workloads.
• Collaborate with a tight‑knit team in a high‑pressure environment.
• Act as a jack‑of‑all‑trades when required to keep client systems up and running.

• At least some experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP or busy IT environment.
• Comfortable communicating in both voice and written formats.
• Experience with Microsoft‑based software, medical/EMR or legal practice management programs is a plus.

• Currently residing within commuting distance of our Phoenix, Arizona office.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Ability to work full time with overtime opportunities.
