Pima County is looking for a Network Operations Center Agent – Trainee in the Information Technology Department. This role provides first-level technical support to approximately 7,000 County employees. The trainee period lasts up to 24 months with a 5% pay reduction. Successful completion of the program transitions the trainee to an IT Service Technician position.
The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and at least two years of relevant experience in IT support.
