Support Finity™ is looking for a Desktop Support Admin in Arizona to provide professional computer support for onsite and offsite employees. The role involves diagnosing problems, responding to help requests, and configuring hardware and software.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of technical support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and capabilities in a Windows MS Office 365 environment. Additional experience with Apple products is a plus.
