Lead a mission-critical cloud transformation

We’re looking for a Director, Cloud & Infrastructure Services to lead a large-scale transformation as we evolve from on-premise infrastructure to a modern, cloud-enabled environment.

This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll shape enterprise infrastructure strategy, lead cloud migration at scale, and drive operational excellence while supporting critical services that our business and communities depend on.

What You’ll DoLead enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategy, operations, and modernization efforts

Own and execute the cloud migration roadmap from planning through delivery and optimization

Ensure infrastructure services are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective

Drive Dev Ops and automation practices, including infrastructure-as-code and operational efficiency

Establish and lead Fin Ops capabilities to improve cost transparency and optimization

Oversee core services including cloud platforms, networks, end-user computing, service desk, and observability

Partner with cybersecurity, applications, and business leaders to align technology with enterprise priorities

Support grid modernization initiatives by enabling reliable, scalable infrastructure

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing infrastructure and operations team

What You Bring8+ years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or operations

Proven success leading enterprise transformation and cloud migration initiatives

Strong expertise in cloud platforms, network architecture, and enterprise infrastructure

Experience driving change management and organizational transformation

Knowledge of ITSM practices, operational metrics, and service delivery models

Experience managing budgets, vendors, and large-scale service environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners

Bonus if you have:

Experience in utilities, energy, or other regulated environments

Hands-on experience with Dev Ops, automation, and Fin Ops practices

Familiarity with Microsoft and Cisco environments

Position Description The Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Services is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, scalable, and cost‑effective enterprise infrastructure and operational services that enable a utility’s business objectives, operational reliability, and grid modernization initiatives. This role leads the planning, architecture, delivery, and day‑to‑day operations of core IT platforms and services including cloud infrastructure (IaaS), data center and colocation services, network and telecommunications, end‑user computing, service desk and desktop support, collaboration platforms, enterprise monitoring and observability, backup and disaster recovery , department financial operations, infrastructure asset management, IT Operations, Security technology, and operations automation .This

role is a key member of the senior IT leadership team , working closely with the CIO and peer IT leaders to help establish and execute the enterprise IT vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall corporate strategy. The Director ensures that infrastructure and operations capabilities are foundational enablers of business transformation, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long‑term resilience.
