Responsibilities- Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or via certified pipelines.
- Facilitate Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
- Maintain, control, and administer the Digital Products Development Library (DDL).
- Maintain control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items across the digital development lifecycle.
- Perform and maintain configuration planning and identification, change management, version control, status accounting, and configuration audits.
- Manage digital product development and media libraries.
- Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build, and versioning.
- Provide DPCM tool administration and access control for CM-relevant tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git, Gitlab, Github, Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence).
- Administer and use Dev Sec Ops tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, Git Lab CI/CD, Bamboo.
- Coordinate data transfers, courier support among various environments and lead coordination of digital product releases, interfacing with functional and program leadership to ensure on‑time delivery and configuration management execution.
- BS/BA degree in STEM and at least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools.
- Knowledge of DPCM/Dev Sec Ops technology, IT or development/scripting.
- Experience with automation shell scripting in Linux, Unix, and Windows.
- Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Experience in Digital Product / Software Configuration Management principles and implementation.
- Experience with DP/SW CM tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory).
- Experience building software / digital products.
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, YAML).
- Experience with continuous improvement, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), Git Flow, and Agile concepts.
Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD, commensurate with experience. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits as applicable. Eligibility for annual incentive programs depends on level and collective‑bargaining agreement.
Location:
Tucson, AZ – onsite at RTX Facility Tucson, AZ. The role is U.S.
