IT Project Manager, Change Management
Position: Principal Digital Program Lead (DPL) – Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite 5 days per week)
Security Clearance: Top Secret (U.S. citizenship required; active clearance required on day1)
What You Will Do- Serve as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership, program management, and SSBU directors, acting as a strategic partner and escalation point for digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focused on streamlining opportunities and managing scope, cost, and schedule performance.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration and root‑cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
- Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing, providing regular status reports and operations reviews.
- Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements, create executable plans, and ensure effective program support across functions.
- Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital and expense spending, and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
- Direct DT resources and third‑party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives and streamline procurement and technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, engineering, math, or a STEM field.
- Minimum of 5years of directly related experience, or a master’s degree with 3years of directly related experience.
- Ability to maintain a U.S. government‑issued Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience in overall information technology, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.
- Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager with PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification.
- High‑level expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs.
- Understanding of software development, systems integration, Dev Sec Ops , continuous improvement, and testing processes throughout the program life cycle.
- Strong leadership and team‑motivation skills, with experience managing large portfolios and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with expertise in business‑case analysis, ROI modeling, contract/SOW negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Salary range: $86,800–$165,200. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Additional benefits include employee assistance programs and parental leave.
