Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and apply advanced analytical techniques to identify and solve business problems.
Identify data sources, integrating and transforming disparate data, and developing robust analytical solutions.
Translate findings into clear and compelling communication materials, utilizing data visualization techniques to present insights.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems that are typically medium to large scale with impact to current and/or future business strategy.
Incorporate visualization techniques to support relevant points of the analysis and ease understanding for less technical audiences.
Thoroughly document assumptions, methodology, validation, and testing to facilitate peer reviews and compliance requirements.
Deliver analysis/findings in a manner that influences mid to upper level management and drives business decisions.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a business or quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- 4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility in Finance OR Advanced degree in quantitative analytics field with 2 years experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility in Finance.
- Demonstrates competency in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making.
- Intermediate and some advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods.
Demonstrates expertise in advanced analytical techniques and data visualization to influence business strategy and decision-making. Proficient in integrating and transforming data from various sources while ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.
