This full‑time, onsite role supports mission‑critical classified programs, ensuring secure, reliable IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.

• Provide IT system administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
• Lead and coordinate Red Hat installations and configurations.
• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain hardware and software for Linux/Windows classified infrastructure.
• Manage servers (software & hardware), storage (logical & physical), cross‑platform authentication, access, data backup, restoration, software licensing, and workstation support.
• Administer Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, AD, replication).
• Apply troubleshooting techniques for moderate‑to‑high scope problems, including hardware and OS integration.
• Work with cybersecurity professionals to meet security requirements, provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes.
• Provide 24/7 system operations support and occasional after‑hours work.
• Travel up to 5% when required.

• Bachelor’s degree and ≥5years relevant experience, or master’s degree and ≥3years relevant experience.
• Linux or Windows experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, VMware, MySQL, or networking administration.
• Current or ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• DoD Directive 8140/8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD Directive 8140/8570 certification plus an Operating System certification.
• Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS, or DoD/RMF.
• Deep Windows Server expertise.
• Experience with NAS/SAN storage and data backup technologies.
• Project lifecycle management skills.
• VMware vCenter, vSphere, ESX, or other virtualization.
• Support for software, simulations, and hardware development.
• Experience with WSUS, SMECP, Microsoft Exchange.
• High‑Performance Computing (HPC) in Linux.
• Script development.

• Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
