EPITEC is seeking a Technical Help Desk III for Mining Technology Support in Tucson, AZ. This onsite contract role (24 months with potential conversion) focuses on advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of customer and dealer-facing issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong networking fundamentals, Windows administration experience, and the ability to review logs and analyze large datasets. SQL basics and some scripting are a plus, with a customer-focused mindset.
