Located in Colorado Springs, CO, we are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data architectures to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture.
- Mentor junior data professionals and lead data governance initiatives.
- Document data architecture designs and maintain technical specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) are advantageous.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
