Consultant For Contract Repository And Data Validation
We are seeking a detail-oriented consultant to support a large-scale contract repository and data validation initiative within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment.
This role will focus on reviewing contract records, validating key contract data, performing quality assurance reviews, and supporting repository cleanup efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with contract management systems, document repositories, and large volumes of contract-related data.
Responsibilities- Review and validate contract records within a CLM platform
- Verify contract metadata and key contract attributes
- Perform contract data cleanup and quality assurance activities
- Reconcile contract information across systems and repositories
- Support contract repository administration and organization
- Review executed agreements and ensure data accuracy
- Research and resolve discrepancies in contract records
- Maintain documentation and support governance/compliance initiatives
- Work independently through high-volume review and validation activities
