We are looking for skilled contractors to join the City of Tucson for a dynamic Domain Migration project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a critical project that involves moving user profiles, accounts, and data to a new domain. You'll be the essential link between the City and its partners, ensuring a smooth transition and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities:- Document user and host computer information, including software and hardware asset inventories.
- Ensure all systems are captured within the asset management system.
- Assist with pre-migration tasks, ensuring network connectivity and coordinating with System Administrators.
- Provide technical support to end users post-migration.
- Identify and communicate newly discovered errors to the Project Manager.
- Offer telephonic support and complete other tasks as needed.
- A+ Certification
- Security Certification
- Associate degree in an IT-related field or 2 years of documentable experience
- Documented experience with Windows 10/11
- Documented Microsoft Office experience
Start Date: As soon as possible. This is a 4-month contract with an option to extend.
