Unio Digital is seeking a Senior Tier III Service Desk Technician to serve as the technical escalation authority within our Tucson, AZ MSP delivery team. You will own escalations no one else can solve and drive complex project implementations that shape the service desk's technical direction.
You will lead architecture and implementation for major initiatives, mentor Tier I/II staff, and create runbooks and automation scripts to scale the team.
