We are inviting a motivated Licensed Sales Producer to join our insurance broker agency team here at O’Rielly Insurance! As a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for

• generating and binding new business sales,
• achieving individual sales and production goals that contribute to the agency’s growth
• providing excellent customer service to drive new referrals and retain clients.
• complying with state insurance regulations and insurance carrier requirements

We are an independent insurance broker agency with an experienced and dynamic team specializing in personal and commercial lines insurance currently representing fourteen prominent Insurance Companies. Our agency is located inside O’Rielly Chevrolet’s dealership in Tucson.

• Valid Arizona Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
• Prior experience working in property and casualty insurance sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with basic computer programs and skills (Microsoft Office)
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
