Required Qualifications , Training, and Education BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required More than 3 years of industry experience, ideally covering yacht-specific business 220-Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems preferred Knowledge of yacht insurance terminology and market guidelines
