Mr. Beer is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Support & Homebrew Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new things. You’ll help customers with orders, products, troubleshooting, reviews, and occasional social media interactions.
Homebrewing knowledge is a plus but not required; we offer training. Over time, this role may include hands-on brewing, recipe testing, product feedback, educational content, and other beer-related projects.
