Please note this role is based 5 days a week in our new Tucson, Arizona office.

Manifest is hiring an Immigration Paralegal to join our growing immigration law practice in Tucson, Arizona (Oro Valley). This full‑time role requires daily in‑office collaboration (5 days per week) and is central to keeping Manifest’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in both daily office operations and business immigration casework, helping to ensure our team and clients are always supported.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Mail & Document Management:
    Pick up, sort, and scan incoming mail daily; upload all correspondence into our internal portal and promptly notify relevant team members.
  • Printing & Shipping:
    Establish the printing & shipping function in collaboration with the Manifest operations team. Print and ship prepared immigration filings, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Case Support:
    Assist with business immigration filings, including EB‑2 NIW, EB‑1A, and O‑1 petitions as needed.
  • Administrative Operations:
    Maintain digital and physical filing systems, manage document workflows, and support other critical office and legal functions.
  • Quality & Timeliness:
    Ensure all documents, notices, and communications are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and speed.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a legal, administrative, or casework role.
  • Prior experience in U.S. business immigration strongly preferred (especially EB1‑A, EB2‑NIW, or O‑1).
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage administrative tasks and casework with accuracy and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Tech‑savvy and proactive—comfortable adopting new tools, testing features, and integrating technology into daily work.
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of both administrative and case‑related responsibilities.
