Our client is a nationally ranked law firm in Tucson, AZ. They are seeking two Associate Attorneys for their transactional group. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional firm, and to benefit from meaningful mentoring and growth opportunities.

• The candidate will structure and negotiate business transactions, perform due diligence, prepare and submit materials to governmental bodies, and supervise closings.
• The ideal candidate will also pay close attention to detail, possess exemplary communication skills, be willing to take and learn from constructive criticism, and always be open to improvement.

• The candidate must have earned a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Arizona Bar or willing to meet the requirements to become a member.
• Candidates with any years of experience in corporate and entity structuring, general business law, commercial real estate, sales of businesses, finance, and general commercial contracts will be considered. Experience in venture capital, equity incentives, or construction is a plus.
