Salary:$70,000 to $130,000 base (DOE) + quarterly performance bonus
Job Type:Full-time
Location:Tucson, AZ (Hybrid. Court appearances and in-person client meetings required.)

What you will do- Handle family law and criminal defense matters frominitialcase strategy through resolution
- Appear in court regularly for hearings, conferences, evidentiary proceedings, and trials
- Meet with clients in person whenrequiredfor case preparation and representation
- Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare memoranda and briefs
- Negotiate effectively and counsel clients with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with paralegals and staff to move cases efficiently andmaintainstrong client communication
This role follows ahybrid work model:
- Court appearances and certain client meetings must be conducted onsite
- Office presence is expected for collaboration, trial preparation, and team coordination as needed
- Administrative work, drafting, and case preparation may be completed remotely when appropriate

Required Qualifications- Courtroom presence and trial advocacy fundamentals
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Reliable and professional client communication
- Ability to perform effectively under deadlines
- Family law and/or criminal defense experience strongly preferred
- Immigration and/or personal injury experience a plus
- Estates and trusts experience welcome if supported by strong litigation or hearing experience
