Salary: $68,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Experience executing MRP runs and managing material planning activities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to supplier locations as needed
- Source and purchase materials, components, and supplies to support production needs
- Issue purchase orders, execute MRP runs, and track deliveries to ensure on-time material availability
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiations
- Resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and planning teams
- Track and expedite orders while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
- Analyze costs and support purchasing savings initiatives
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the ERP system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support audit requirements
